Materials: * A large frying pan or wok * A spatula or wooden spoon * A rice cooker (optional) * A chopping board * A knife Ingredients: * 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old rice) * 2 eggs * 1 tablespoon vegetable oil * 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (such as onions, carrots, peas, and green beans) * 1/4 cup soy sauce * 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional) * Salt and pepper to taste Procedure: 1.
