Steps: 1. Ensure the printer is switched on. 2. Open the printer lid. 3. Put the document to be copied face down on the glass (the scanning area) 4. Put the document flush in the corner with the arrow (on the top left corner) 5. Close the printer lid. 6. Press the black button for a mono copy, or the color button for a color copy.
