This study delves into the evaluation of nursing performance at Rumah Sakit X, utilizing 12 quality indicators as a framework. By analyzing data collected from various sources, this research aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of nursing performance at Rumah Sakit X, highlighting areas of strength and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Methodology
The evaluation of nursing performance at Rumah Sakit X was conducted using a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. The study employed 12 quality indicators, encompassing aspects such as patient satisfaction, infection control, medication safety, and staff competency.
