Klo yg present Perfect ditambah have(i,you,we,they)/has(She,he,it) dan V3 .Biasa nya dipakai buat kejadian yang udah dimulai di masa lalu dan masih berlangsung sampai saat ini .ditandai kata for dsb.

Sent itu V2 dari send,kalimat ini pakai simple past sebab udah terjadi di masa lampau ditandai kata last week.

Jadi no 2 ini pakai Present Perfect sebab kejadian Jimmy blm menjawab itu sampai ketika si penulis ngomong kalimat ini(sebenarnya aku agak ragu tapi , menurut ku ini)
